Large Meeting, Workshop, or Small Event Rooms – Ideal for team retreats, longer off-site private meetings and planning sessions, or for smaller mixers and events. Feel free to bring in food and clean up after, but we can help with full breakfast and lunch services: Horizon will coordinate a turnkey catered coffee-breakfast service for $10/person and a lunch for $25/person - includes all setup, service, and cleanup. Rates below are for the room and self-serve meetings in it up to the group size listed.

Conference Center – 2 individually rentable spaces in the US Bank Building for small conferences up to approximately 80 people in the main room and up to 24 people in an adjoining workshop room, includes a breakfast catering area and an adjacent lunch catering setup and service room for uninterrupted focus.

Usually we can determine availability and quote price within a working day. Rates are highly competitive with other small conference space options in Madison.
Members and Community Partners, you can self-serve reservations as needed, simply invite the room to a public appointment in any google calendar to schedule them. Please notify firstname.lastname@example.org of reservations over 2 hours, or those recurring more frequently than weekly, or if you need us to reserve a space or resolve a scheduling problem for you.
Reserved uses have priority, but you need not reserve a room to use it - you can add the calendars to your Google or compatible calendar by clicking the "+Google Calendar" button at the bottom of the calendar.
